Who we’re looking for:
Fastfrate Group is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that will thrive in a quick sales environment. You’ll bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as solid computer skills, time management, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

What you’ll do:
Deliver revenue goals assigned during fiscal year
Identify, qualify, and penetrate new business opportunities
Sell Assets-/Non-Assets Solutions
Schedule customer appointments with key decision-makers to overcome barriers and identify growth opportunities for our Asset based Logistics division
Educates customers on technology solutions to provide tracking, pricing, and reporting capabilities
Collaborates with Operations to establish standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for meeting customer expectations
Plan quarterly business reviews (QBR’s) with customers to review business trends and performance
Apply sales strategies gained from sales training to identify areas where Fastfrate can be implemented
Participate in joint customer calls with peers and counterparts to promote our Supply chain capabilities
Generate sales leads by networking, cold-calling prospects and building relationships as part of a coordinated sales strategy.
Create sales strategies by gathering market information, analyzing opportunities, and documenting sales methodology.
Prepare presentations and delivers to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate customer files
Work with operations to address issues with scheduled shipments.
Other related duties as may be required
Proven Sales Experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence
Provide effective customer resolution
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software
Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task
Effective teamwork skills
Ability to effectively handle multiple conflicting priorities
Strong communication, customer service and computer skills
Must be fully vaccinated
