In 2013 we approached CFF to be a part of our “No Appointment” priority Service (NAPS) where we could save 2-3 days of waiting for appointments into our facility and during peak seasons up to 7 days. We send our London Drugs receivers down to the CFF facility to receive merchandise on their docks as it arrives from different parts of North America and then it is delivered to us without an appointment. This NAPS service is a win-win for all parties, Vendors/CFF and of course London Drugs customers as we have seen an immediate improvement with inventory at our retail stores which provides that ultimate shopping experience for our customer.”
