Customer Bulletin: Rail Network Fixed

We would like to provide an update regarding the recent rail service disruption.

Rail operations have now resumed following the completion of repairs and inspections. While service has been restored, some residual delays may still occur as the rail network works through the backlog from yesterday’s interruption.

Our operations team continues to monitor shipments closely and is working with our rail partners to normalize service as quickly as possible. If your shipment is impacted, your Fastfrate representative will be in contact with any relevant updates.

The track outage on the CN Yale subdivision east of Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada is now cleared.

Customers may experience delays of up to 24hrs through the affected area due to overall congestion caused by this CN outage.

We will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available and work directly with affected customers.

CN | Customer News | Washout advisory

We would like to update you on the washout on our Yale subdivision in the BC south, east of Vancouver.

CN crews worked diligently and safely to restore operations. The track was passable as of today at approximately 0500 PT.
