Customer Bulletin – Extreme Cold Weather

The extreme cold weather is still affecting parts of Western Canada with active winter storms and snow in parts of BC, making it difficult for our drivers to stay out for long periods of time and trucks to safely be on the roads. The safety of our drivers is very important to us.

Service delays are in still in affect across Western Canada with Vancouver, Calgary and Regina seeing a 48–72-hour delay. Our operations team are working to ensure there are minimal delays but can not guarantee pick up and deliveries as the extreme weather continues throughout this week. 

We will provide updates as the week continues, thank you for your patience.
