Customer Bulletin: Rail Network Disruptions

We are writing to advise you of a current service disruption impacting a portion of the Canadian rail network in British Columbia due to infrastructure damage caused by severe weather conditions.
At this time, some rail traffic may experience delays as recovery and inspection efforts are underway. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working closely with our rail partners to minimize impacts wherever possible.
If your shipments are affected, our team will communicate directly with you regarding any updates or alternate solutions. We appreciate your patience and understanding as service is safely restored.

Customer Advisory – Service Interruption – CN Yale subdivisionAn outage on the CN Yale subdivision east of Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada is impacting all train operations. The service restoration timeline is not yet confirmed.Customers may see delays due to overall congestion caused by the CN outage. Currently, all traffic in this area is routing over CPKC’s mainline. CPKC is working jointly with CN to minimize delays.
We will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available and work directly with affected customers.
