Who we’re looking for:
Fastfrate Group is looking for an Invoicing Clerk for our Woodbridge office. The primary responsibility of the Invoicing Clerk is to ensure the timely invoicing of freight bills for all divisions within Fastfrate.

What you’ll do:
- Responsible for ensuring freight bills are invoiced on a timely and accurately manner
- Audit all pending shipments to ensure wait time and other accessorial charges are pre-approved by the customers. Contact Customer Service if approvals are required but have not been obtained from the customers.
- Perform audit to ensure all invoices have the required back up documents and bill reference numbers
- Answer queries, rectify issues, and process adjustments as required
- Ensure cut off procedures are accurate at month end and year end
- Develop processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the team
- Other duties as assigned
Must Haves:
- A recognized post-secondary program in accounting, business administration or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication skills
- Related experience in the transportation industry is an asset
- Full understanding of MS Office with intermediate skills in Excel is an asset
- Working knowledge of TruckMate is an asset
