Fastfrate Group is looking for a friendly and confident Dispatch Call Taker for our Woodbridge office. You’ll bring excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills to meet deadlines and quality standards. This role requires good data entry, computer, and multi-tasking skills necessary to perform the role effectively.

- Keeps up to date on shipment and delivery times to ensure appointment times can be maintained. Rebook appointments as required
