What you’ll do:
Answering phone calls
Tracing orders for both internal and external customers
Data entry
Updating customer sites
Problem solving and multi-tasking
All other duties as assigned
Must Haves:
Proven Customer Service Experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence
Provide effective customer resolution
Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task
Effective teamwork skills
Strong communication, customer service and computer skills
