The Security Measures We Take

Safety Governance and Oversight

Maintaining a safe operation requires accountability at every level of the organization. Through established operating procedures, active oversight, incident review processes, and a zero-tolerance policy toward unsafe behaviour, safety remains integrated into the daily responsibilities of leadership, dispatch, maintenance personnel, and drivers alike.

Specialized Training and Compliance

Our transportation operations adhere to strict provincial, federal, and cross-border regulatory requirements, including Ontario CVOR standards, U.S. DOT registration requirements, Hours of Service regulations, Transport Canada compliance standards, and CTPAT-aligned security protocols. Drivers and operational teams complete rigorous screening, ongoing safety education, dangerous goods handling certification, and equipment-specific operational training to help maintain safe, compliant network performance.

Technology and Operational Control

We leverage GPS-enabled telematics and connected fleet monitoring systems to maintain visibility into driver behaviour, vehicle condition, inspection compliance, and operational risk in real time. Monitoring capabilities include speeding, harsh braking, rapid acceleration, seatbelt compliance, missed pre- and post-trip inspections, defect reporting, and potential collision notifications, helping support proactive intervention and continuous operational improvement across the fleet.
