FEBRUARY 27, 2007 

These are exciting times for our Halifax Transload, we are transloading record number of units per week and over and above transload for Canadian Tire, we have also started to transload for HBC, with other accounts waiting in the wings.

We started this operation at our present LTL facility , with approximately 25 containers per week and our average is now has been close to 200 per week and to perform this in 10,000 square feet has been a major success story for the Halifax Transload and CDI Halifax as both are attached at the hip as both need to perform in sync to make this successful. 

The Future

Our new TDW facility ( Transload, Distribution, Warehouse ) is under construction and will be ready for July/07. This new 65,000 square foot facility will see our capacity grow from 200 at our present facility to 500 marine containers a week. This will more then double the present capacity and phase two of the construction will add another 30,000 square feet and again increase our capacity.
