Consolidated Fastfrate Enters Full Implementation Phase with BSM's SentinelFM Vehicle Tracking Solution

Woodbridge, Ontario CANADA, July 05, 2006

BSM Technologies Inc. (GPS - TSX Venture), (http://www.bsmtechnologies.com) a leading provider of secure vehicle and trailer fleet management, high security vehicle tracking and surveillance solutions, today announced that Consolidated Fastfrate, which had previously been identified in a January 2006 press release as a "major Toronto GTA-based national transportation company", has now committed to the Canada-wide implementation of BSM's "SentinelFM" vehicle tracking and locating application. This includes divisions in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Montreal. This will translate into 300 plus installations within the Consolidated Fastfrate Group.

Based on a successful pilot project in January and the subsequent  implementation of an initial 53 "SentinelFM" units in the GTA,  there was an immediate realization of benefits to Fastfrate derived from BSM's "SentinelFM" solution. Consolidated Fastfrate is now moving ahead with Vancouver and other major cities during the balance of 2006 for a fleet of over 300 tractor units. Fastfrate has developed their own dispatch system. Data is captured through BSM's "B2B XML SOAP" interface for immediate position updates and other relevant data from their fleet.
